Weareseeking a Vice President, InvestorRelationstohelp drive andsupportourfundexpansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm's capital raising efforts for our funds.Inthisrole,youwillcollaboratewiththefirm's senior team membersonallinvestorrelations,fundraising,andecosystemactivationefforts.Wearelookingforabuilderand super-connectorwhoiseagertoworkinafast-moving,dynamicfirmpioneeringanewapproachtobuildingafund managerthathelpsscaledisruptive,technology-ledbusinesses.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations, raising capital from UHNW & institutional investors
• ExperiencedevelopinginstitutionalLPfundraisingchannels&drivingfundraisingactivity
• Experienceexecutinghighlyprofessionalizedinvestorreporting&engagementefforts
• AbilitytofluentlyarticulateRedCell'sstrategy,valueproposition,model&metrics
• Abilitytotravel25-30%ofthetime
• Strongconceptual,quantitative&analyticalskills;abilitytothinklikeaninvestor
• Highintegrity&abilitytomaintainthehighestdegreeofconfidentiality
• Exceptionalverbal&writtencommunication&presentationskills
