About the role
Encore Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly driven Private Equity Vice President with strong operational orientation, to join our team. This role is designed for candidates who want broad, hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of micro-cap investing. The Vice President will support investment sourcing and execution, portfolio operations and performance, investor relations, and firm-level strategic initiatives.

At the fund level, the Vice President will contribute to capital formation efforts, investor communications, and internal firm operations. This is a highly entrepreneurial role within a lean team, offering significant responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to meaningfully impact outcomes across multiple areas of the business.
Encore is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with plans to continue growing. As a result, the right individual for this role will be highly agile, positive, strategic, and perseverant, with an intellectually curious, growth mindset.
