Senior individual contributor role owning deal execution and investment decisions across the investment lifecycle.Run deal lifecycle from LOI to close, managing diligence, negotiations, and underwriting. Primary point-of-contact for retiring owners and backed operators. Evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities and deploy capital. Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions. Partner with operators post-close on integration and value creation. Represent firm externally with intermediaries and advisors.Requirements: 8+ years in private equity and/or investment banking. Experience owning transaction execution from sourcing through close. Deep expertise in financial modeling, structuring, and negotiations. Experience in distribution, manufacturing or services businesses preferred. Lower middle market / SMB acquisitions experience.Apply for this Position
