This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience across fixed income asset classes and a background in either front-office technology or direct investment roles such as trading or portfolio strategy.Key Responsibilities:Partner closely with portfolio managers, analysts, risk, and quantitative teams to assess and map existing investment processes, tools, and areas for enhancement.Lead the design of next-generation tools to support investment decision-making, with a focus on alpha generation, risk insights, and productivity optimization.Define and document functional workflows, requirements, and solution architecture in collaboration with stakeholders.Coordinate with software development teams to translate product designs into scalable solutions.Champion the adoption of automation and emerging technologies including AI/ML to modernize portfolio workflows.Candidate Profile:10+ years of experience within institutional fixed income, preferably in asset management or an investment advisory environment.Background in either investment technology leadership or a front-office function such as trading or portfolio analytics.Strong grasp of fixed income markets, instruments, and portfolio construction methodologies.Skilled in analyzing workflows and defining technical requirements; comfortable working across business and technical teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly desirable.Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin or Bloomberg is a strong plus.Experience with SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), or UI/UX design is advantageous.
