Our client is a global mid-market private equity investor focused on infrastructure services and digital infrastructure. The firm has a proven track record of backing high-quality businesses and supporting growth across core and emerging infrastructure subsectors.

We are seeking a Vice President to join the New York team. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating new investments, executing transactions, and working closely with portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical training and hands-on investing experience, with the ability to lead deal processes and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of new investments across infrastructure services and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Support investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Actively manage portfolio companies, working with management teams to drive value creation.
• Mentor and develop junior investment professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of private equity investing experience, ideally within infrastructure services, digital, business services, industrials or adjacent sectors.
• Prior investment banking training strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and transaction execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes and collaborate across global teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
