Vice President Of Human ResourcesThis is an exciting opportunity to join the executive leadership team at ZMC Hotels, LLC. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to provide executive-level leadership, direction, and support across our portfolio of 47 hotels located in 18 states.The Vice President of Human Resources will work out of the Walnut Creek, California office.The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing, leading, and executing the organization's human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company. This role oversees all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and leadership development.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organizationMaintain expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in human resources, talent management, and workplace technologyProvide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to four Regional Human Resource ManagersLead executive-level recruitment efforts for General Managers, corporate support team positions, and hotel leadership rolesResearch, design, and implement competitive compensation structures, employee benefits programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee incentive initiativesOversee administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, talent development, succession planning, and annual Open Enrollment processesServe as the primary resource for complex employee relations matters, human resources concerns, benefits questions, and organizational challengesPartner with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational and business objectivesFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the organizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum of seven years of progressive human resources management experience required, with multi-unit or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR complianceProven leadership experience managing teams and supporting executive-level decision-makingExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWhy Join ZMC Hotels?
