Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Establish policies and programs that support organizational growth, culture, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the People/HR team and establish measurable goals and performance standards.
- Oversee the complete payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and offboarding.
- Lead employee relations and workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, ethical, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level management. xhqgsiq
Preferred Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPP, or equivalent professional credentials.
