About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead KOMP's global people strategy and build a high-performing organization. This executive leadership role will oversee talent strategy, organizational development, employee experience, workforce planning, and HR operations while partnering with senior leadership to support KOMP's continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOMP's global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and leadership initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
• Build scalable HR policies, programs, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership on business transformation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations across global operations.
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the global HR leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR functions in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of global HR operations and organizational development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading distributed or international teams is highly preferred.
