The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the company's HR strategy and operations across corporate and manufacturing locations. This individual will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership while overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, leadership development, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR executive with experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
