The VP will report to the SVP, Asset Management, and work closely with the senior executive team, investments team, and FP&A group.Key responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for technical, commercial, or capital structure improvements, asset dispositions, and organizational changes. The VP leads Investment Committee materials preparation, oversees operating partner performance in implementing asset-specific business plans and construction/development activities, and contributes to REIT reporting and compliance. The role also involves assisting with due diligence on potential new acquisitions.Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive experience in U.S. healthcare real estate within an asset management organization; undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting; experience in project development, asset management, and/or construction management; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise.Apply for this Position
