Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the OTC derivatives operating model across Middle Office and Fund Accounting businesses
- Collaborate with technology partners to design and implement applications supporting diverse and expanding asset classes
- Partner with sales and implementation teams to identify client requirements, support successful onboarding, and foster client relationships
- Address complex inquiries, conduct discovery, and perform due diligence for bespoke client requests
- Serve as a subject matter expert in OTC Derivatives and lead project teams on key initiatives
- Identify process optimization opportunities to minimize exceptions and manual interventions, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with OTC derivatives
- Comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of OTC Derivatives theory and its practical application across all asset classes
- Proven working knowledge of Calypso Technology or a comparable industry-leading application
- Demonstrated ability to effectively employ sophisticated analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
- Advanced computer skills, including mastery of MS applications (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in other computer programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) is highly desirable
- A logical and structured approach to problem-solving and task management
- Significant experience in client delivery and operations, demonstrating a strong client-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or Economics
- Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred
