Global $100 Billion Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Vice President, Fund Finance

  • Reporting to the Managing Director
  • Oversee Daily Operations of Fund Finance
  • Approving Individual Draws & Repayment Activities
  • Compliance
  • Oversee all Credit Agreements/Manage all Existing Financing Agreements
  • Manage ISDA-Related Documentation
  • Oversee Currency Hedging Counterparty Relationships and Agreements
  • Relationship Management
  • Presentations to Internal Stakeholders on all Fund Finance Activity

Qualifications

  • 7-12 Years of Fund Finance Experience
  • Advanced Experience in Negotiating Terms with Credit and Financing Agreements

Base Salary ~225k + Strong Bonus ~350k all in. Excellent Benefits & Overall Package. Hybrid Schedule with Summer Hours. Tremendous Opportunity for Growth at this $100+ Billion Global Alternative Asset Manager
