Vice President, FP&A (Fully Remote)

• Own strategic financial planning both near and long term, and identify drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash.
• Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team, shaping the financial narrative and partnering with the CFO.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance teams can act on.

Responsibilities:

• Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions, applying the right depth.
• Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development and governance.
• Oversee sales compensation administration to align incentive plans with company goals.
