Job Title: Vice President, Financial Solutions

Responsibilities
- With a high level of independent decision-making authority, develop and execute the financial solutions strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with financial institutions, and expand the company’s footprint in the financial services sector.
- Lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge financial technology products and services, including digital banking, payments, risk management, and regulatory compliance solutions.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key financial clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing financial solutions team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and position the company as a leader.
- Own the financial solutions P&L, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Requires experience in the job offered or as an Assistant Vice President or a related field. Experience must include: creating KPI and process risk metrics, improving and monitoring performance systems (MAAR chart), creating standard operating procedures, SQL, and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
