BlytzPay is a fast-growing fintech company modernizing payments for businesses of all sizes. As we enter a critical growth phase, we’re hiring a Vice President of Finance to build and scale our finance function and partner closely with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Own board, investor, and executive financial reporting
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced financial modeling and KPI analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to drive disciplined growth and operational efficiency
- Build scalable financial processes and reporting frameworks
- Support strategic initiatives, including acquisition diligence and evaluation
What We’re Looking For
- 7–9 years of experience partnering with product and revenue teams in payments, fintech, or transaction-driven organizations.
- Strong domain expertise in payments and high-volume transaction models, with experience operating at scale in complex, fast-moving environments
- Solid FP&A and advanced financial modeling expertise
- Experience building scalable financial systems and reporting
- Executive presence with strong communication and business-partnering skills
- Hands‑on leader comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an early‑stage or scaling environment, building financial rigor without over‑engineering processes
- Understanding of transaction‑based revenue models, including volume growth, pricing, margin analysis, and cash‑flow dynamics
- Experience partnering with product, sales, and operations teams as customer and transaction volume scales

$175,000–$225,000 base equity
