Vice President of Finance – EverTrue (St. Louis, Missouri)

EverTrue, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking an experienced, innovative, and mission-driven leader to serve as its next Vice President of Finance. EverTrue is a nonprofit multisite senior organization ranked 11th in the most recent Ziegler LeadingAge 200 Report. The organization includes 15 Life Plan Communities, 16 Affordable Housing Communities, and Anywhere Care. This highly respected organization is financially strong, with revenues of approximately $427 million and nearly $1.5 billion in total assets.

The Vice President will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and oversee all financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership and analysis to support executive decision-making. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for financial planning and policies, budgeting, forecasting, accounting practices, fiscal recordkeeping, financial reporting, treasury and banking relationships, revenue cycle management, and ensuring the organization’s overall financial integrity. The VP will provide leadership and oversight for general accounting, property accounting, internal audit functions, cost accounting, and budgetary controls.
