The ideal candidate is a detailed person who will lead accounting & finance operations, help establish structured financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive the ERP implementation.
- Position will lead all financial functions of the company, including financial strategy, accounting, FP&A, project finance, capital markets, M&A, and risk management
- Will serve as a partner to the CEO & COO
- Onsite 4 days/week (remote on Fridays)
- Compensation: up to ~$200,000 + ~15% bonus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Strong ERP systems experience
