Vice President Finance

Salary range: $200-250k base target plus bonus & equity

Location: Port Washington, WI – 100% Onsite

Must Haves

• Proven manufacturing finance background
• Deep experience with cost accounting and percentage-of-completion
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting capability
• Experience professionalizing financial reporting and controls
• Ability to partner with executives and PE stakeholders
• Hands‑on leadership style with strategic mindset

Preferred

• Prior VP of Finance or senior finance leadership experience
• Experience in multi‑entity operating environments
• Exposure to PE‑backed companies
• ERP and financial systems improvement experience

Job Description

• Lead and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term modeling
• Strengthen manufacturing cost accounting and POC processes
• Improve financial reporting, internal controls, and data visibility
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and future M&A
• Provide financial insights to leadership and ownership
• Build, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
