Vice President Finance

• Our client is an international automotive manufacturing business seeking a VP Finance & Administration for its Pennsylvania operation.


• This is a hands-on plant finance leadership role focused on improving financial performance, cost visibility, and operational decision-
  -making.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance and controlling activities.


• Own P&L, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting.


• Improve product costing and profitability analysis.


• Identify key manufacturing cost drivers and financial inefficiencies.


• Support pricing, investment, and operational decisions.


• Partner closely with plant leadership and Operations.


• Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and controlling processes.


• Ensure accurate financial reporting and data consistency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance or controlling experience.


• Strong manufacturing finance background.


• Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.


• Experience in plant controlling, costing, and operational finance.


• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and profitability.


• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.


• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.


• ERP experience, ideally SAP.


• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
