Vice President, Finance – Middle Market B2B Distribution & Services – Private Equity
Our client is a highly successful middle-market B2B distribution and services business with multi-state operations serving institutional and commercial customers across the Southern US. This innovative business offers advanced solutions including a technology-enhanced backbone and has achieved tremendous organic and acquisitive growth with the support of their private equity sponsor.
This business requires a hands-on finance executive to strategically partner with the CEO, introduce financial acumen, improve operations, and support continued growth. This position will be responsible for building, developing, and mentoring a best-in-class finance organization and will play the lead role in improving financial reporting and forecasting. The VP Finance will have equipment distribution and field services experience and have previously worked in a leveraged environment for a private equity sponsor.
