- 3+ years of experience as either a) ex- healthcare M&A at well-known banks, b) healthcare roll up background in MM/LMM private equity, or c) running finance at a top-tier healthcare start-up
- Experience analyzing roll up services businesses and building financial models
- Ability to dive into billing reports to find and verify the correct numbers
Must Have Skills
- Strong technical fundamentals including accrual models, 3 statement models, financial analytics and projects, revenue cycle management, and billing (EHR)
- Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management, EHRs, and billing reports etc
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related from a top 30 university preferred
