The Role: VP of Finance

Our client is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands‑on finance leader to own FP&A, modeling, and investor relations.

This is a rare opportunity to build a finance function from scratch , directly influencing growth strategy and scaling a purpose-driven brand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Partner with leadership and investors to communicate company performance
• Drive fundraising efforts and board reporting
• Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and margin improvement
• Provide financial insight on pricing, COGS, and profitability within CPG
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for smarter decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, modeling, and investor relations
• Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and investors in high‑growth environments
• Strategic mindset paired with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude
