Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking to drive strategic insights.
- Own financial workstreams for M&A, including diligence, valuation, and integration.
- Oversee IT strategy and governance, enabling digital transformation and scalability.
- Coordinate legal and governance processes with external counsel.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial tech.
- Deep M&A expertise, including deal execution and integration.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Private equity experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional executive communication and Board‑level presentation skills.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
