Vice President - Equity Capital Markets

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Equity Capital Advisory team. In this role, you will advise premier public and private clients on complex capital-raising initiatives, guiding strategy from conception through execution. The team actively leads a pipeline of high-profile transactions, with particular momentum in the technology sector.

Role Overview: Strategic Execution & Advisory

Deliver strategic advice and execution leadership across a broad spectrum of equity transactions:

• IPO Advisory & Leadership: Lead end-to-end IPO advisory mandates, including organizational readiness assessments, strategic positioning, and equity structuring to prepare clients for public market entry.
• Transaction Execution: Advise on timing, structure, and commercial terms across follow-ons, private placements, and convertible debt offerings.
• Syndicate & Process Management: Coordinate underwriting syndicates, marketing campaigns, bookbuilding, pricing, and share allocations to institutional investors.
• Post-Trade Oversight: Direct transaction settlement workflows and manage post-closing client deliverables.

Key Qualifications

• ECM / Investment Banking Experience: Prior experience operating at the Vice President or Senior Associate level within Equity Capital Markets or an Investment Banking advisory group.
• Advisory Expertise: Demonstrated track record advising corporate leadership teams and sophisticated financial sponsors.
• Communication & Narrative Skills: Ability to synthesize complex capital structures and articulate strategic equity positioning clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Execution & Project Delivery: Strong project management discipline with the capacity to lead multi-track transaction processes under tight deadlines.
