Vice President – Data, Information Management Lead Analyst

• Perform strategic data/information management activities, including database administration, data analysis, data maintenance, data quality, database management, and database architecture/design engineering
• Resolve complex problems and transactions by interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes
• Own one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
• Represent the unit or team on cross-functional process or project deliverables
• Provide advice and counsel related to business technology or operations
• Supervise the day-to-day work of junior-level employees
• Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies
• Apply sound ethical judgment and elevate, manage, and report control issues transparently

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience
• Experience in a quantitative field
• Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L
• Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization
• Working experience in the financial/credit card industry
• Know-how of analytic tools such as SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, and SPSS
• Knowledge of methodologies including regression, CHAID, and simulation
• Big data and machine learning experience using R, Python, or similar tools
• Bachelor's/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
