This role will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP Finance and executive leadership team on financial performance, balance sheet strategy, and enterprise risk.Responsibilities:* Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the system and affiliates; Elevate the role of accounting as a forward-looking, insight-generating function; Communicate financial results and key drivers clearly* Lead the modernization of the financial close process (speed, accuracy, automation, standardization); Emphasize automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance analyticsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree in accounting or related field preferred* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required* Ten years of progressive responsibility in leading a corporate finance program* Deep expertise in GAAP and financial reporting in complex organizations required* Public accounting experience preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation - $
