Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with organizational success.Job DescriptionVice President Controller Accounting OverviewLead financial operations as Vice President Controller Accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving organizational growth.Develop and implement strategic financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting functions.Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.Oversee ERP system enhancements to optimize data integrity and streamline operations effectively.Mentor and lead a high-performing accounting team, fostering professional growth and accountability.Provide technical expertise in accounting for complex contracts and policy implementations.Support M&A integration and restructuring initiatives with strategic financial insights and planning.Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements, meeting compliance and reporting requirements.Vice President Controller Accounting Key Responsibilities & DutiesPrepare and oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.Coordinate external audits and internal control reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.Lead initiatives to optimize accounting processes and enhance ERP system functionality.Develop and mentor accounting staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Provide strategic accounting guidance for contracts, business models, and policy implementations.Collaborate with FP&A teams to align forecasts and budgets with financial actuals.Support the CFO in financial initiatives, including restructuring and M&A integration efforts.Vice President Controller Accounting Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with 5 years in leadership roles.Extensive knowledge of U.S.

GAAP and IFRS standards; multi-entity experience preferred.Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and experience with data integration.Proven track record in managing audits and enhancing accounting processes.Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a meticulous focus on accuracy and detail.Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and perform under tight deadlines.Demonstrated ethical and professional integrity in decision-making and interactions.
