Vice President, Client Solutions (Alternatives & Wealth)Wilshire's Client Solutions team serves as the interface between the firm and its clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.

The role works across asset classes, spanning both public and private markets, with a primary focus on wealth and retirement channels.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing client activities, staying informed about market trends and providing thought leadership, and advocating for clients within the organization. The Client Solutions team also supports underlying investors in Wilshire's alternatives products across hedge funds and private markets. Client reporting and deliverables often requires the ability to parse large data sets and deep analytical skills.What you'll do:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in a timely mannerFoster strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their investment objectives, preferences, and expectationsRetain and grow client assets by providing excellent service and offering solutions tailored to their individual needs and goalsServe as the liaison between internal departments and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaborationParticipate as necessary in fund launches or restructuringsCoordinate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to develop client and product materials, presentations, DDQs, and investment reports, ensuring accuracyBe knowledgeable of compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate documentation and filings to complyManage client on-boarding, initiating KYC and following through to ensure documents are processed in a timely mannerAssist with the regular investor services task to be performed with our fund administrator, ensure production and validation of all monthly trade activity from investorsStay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and opportunitiesPrepare investor specific reporting on performance, correlations, fees, percentage ownership of underlying positions, etc.Promote a client-centric culture within the organization by sharing client insights, feedback, and success stories with internal teams and stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience8 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or similar role within the financial services industryStrong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflictsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously by showing good organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in the wealth and/or retirement space, including knowledge of key firms, trends, and products utilized across the intermediary space is preferredProficiency with calculation and interpretation of standard investment performance metrics; ability to manage and manipulate data quantitatively utilizing excelInterest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policiesAdditional Information:This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica, Pittsburgh, Chicago, or New York officeWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including a collaborative work environment, generous PTO, 401(k) match, affordable & comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, CFA and other professional membership reimbursement, and more.The pay range for this position is $110,000-$175,000. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
