What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Client Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, shaping business priorities and delivering high‑impact consulting programs that drive measurable growth and competitive advantage.
- Influence the Future of Media and Advertising: Guide clients through some of the industry's most complex and consequential challenges, leveraging Kantar's proprietary insights, analytics, and thought leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive Commercial and Practice Growth: Own and expand key client relationships, leading major pursuits, identifying new opportunities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across a portfolio of work.
- Build and Inspire Exceptional Teams: Develop high‑performing consulting teams through coaching, sponsorship, and leadership. Create an environment where colleagues can do their best work while advancing their careers.
- Advance Kantar's Market Leadership: Contribute to the evolution of our consulting practice through innovation, offer development, thought leadership, and industry engagement. Help shape how Kantar serves clients in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for major client relationships, leading multi‑workstream programs with enterprise‑wide impact.
- Serve as the senior engagement leader across consulting and research engagements, ensuring excellence in delivery and client impact.
- Act as an executive‑level thought partner, translating complex evidence and market dynamics into clear strategic choices.
- Own commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, renewals, and account expansion.
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement, influencing decision‑making at the highest levels of client organizations.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams.
- Champion innovation, incorporating AI‑enabled ways of working to enhance quality, speed, and scalability.
- Elevate Kantar's voice in the market through compelling thought leadership and industry participation.
What We're Looking For
You are a recognized leader with a proven track record of helping clients solve critical business challenges and accelerate growth. You combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and inspirational leadership with deep expertise in media, advertising, technology, or platform ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, brand, media, marketing, or insights leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Media, Advertising Platforms, Technology, Digital Marketing, or adjacent sectors.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and shaping business decisions at the C‑suite level.
- Proven track record of growing complex client relationships and delivering sustained commercial success.
- Strong experience leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Expertise in leveraging research, analytics, and market intelligence to drive strategic recommendations.
- Enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and innovative ways of working.
- Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
