Reporting to MD Americas & Chief Sales Officer Americas Consumer (Executive Committee), the Vice President & General Manager, Goodyear Retail leads the Goodyear and Just Tires retail portfolio which includes the strategy, commercial performance, and customer experience across 500+ company-owned locations nationally. This role will provide leadership and direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing coaching and development to retail leadership across the region, fostering a high-performance, customer-oriented culture.Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Develop winning growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability while confirming the brand's iconic positioning in the automotive ecosystemIncrease B2C sales via a customer-focused and insight led approach.
