This role collaborates with regional cross-segment capability leaders and external agencies to customize and implement the integrated agency model across various marketing capabilities such as media, creative, production, commerce, and social/influencer.This role acts as the connective tissue between Publicis and our agency partners, customizing and applying global operational standards and governance, identifying successes and risks, and optimizing process standards to support local, regional, and global Mars transformation ambitions and ways of working.Ideal for an operational and process-driven individual who seeks innovative, effective ways of working, understands global vs. regional operating models, process implementation and adherence, insights management and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders across multiple agencies.ResponsibilitiesLeads management of the OneMars model integrated process, way of working, standards and best practices to connect people, process and platforms from strategy all the way through measurement/ reporting across agencies.Govern, customize and continuously optimize the integrated agency process across various capabilities and regions ensuring client needs are met and aligned with external agency partners.Develop and deploy key artifacts and onboarding processes, including systems, tools, and troubleshooting, to support global agency operations.Deployment, scaling and governance of any central OneMars or client operational initiatives such as annual scoping, QBRs / annual meetings, KPI management/ tracking, etc.
as required.Management and support of central training, L&D and central communication initiatives.Supports ensuring Publicis capability leads, external agency partners and clients come together during key touch points throughout the integrated process lifecycle.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partner agencies to streamline processes, improve ways of working and deliver on key operational initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for external agency stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations across all levels.Qualifications10+ years of marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.Ability to understand business pain points from C-Level stakeholders – and develop a strategy to address the issues through application of improved operational process, people and/ or technology.Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.Strong understanding of global and regional operating models, with proven ability to implement and optimize processes.Ability to manage client facing communication directly and compile client facing presentations/ documentation.Proactivity and proficiency delivering progress and completing work even with overlapping deadlines.Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Additional InformationStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
