The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build trusted client relationships over time, support thoughtful client continuity and transition planning, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.Beyond succession planning, you'll collaborate with the Senior Vice President and Regional Director to grow the business through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic business development. If you're energized by cultivating long-term client relationships while helping grow an established regional practice, this role offers a strong platform to do both within a collaborative, fiduciary environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for servicing a designated number of clientsResponsible for generating business through referral networks, marketing initiatives, COI's and client referralsMaintain and expand assigned territory in referral networkAssess, monitor, and report key indicators of business continuity and new business to Senior VP and/or Regional DirectorWork with internal team members including portfolio management, operations and financial planning to further the client relationshipFollow-up with clients, document client interactions and client related workflows in contact management systemParticipate in firm initiatives developing services, building firm relationships, supporting business development and client retention activitiesEngage resources to stay current with information regarding regulatory requirements, financial services, and other functions pertinent to dutiesAssist Senior VP and Regional Director with the professional development of wealth advisorsAdhere to all company policies and procedures and perform business functions with focus on consistency, quality, and compliancePerform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary in order to achieve the firm's business development and client retention objectivesQualificationsUndergraduate degree required, preferably in business related majorMinimum 5-10 years of relationship management/sales experience within financial servicesCertified Financial PlannerExtensive knowledge of financial, investment, and risk management conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a collaborative environmentReliable, organized and goal-orientedDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesAbility to work independently, self-directed, and exercise discretion without immediate supervision at all timesAbility to multi-task under pressure, prioritize workflow and assignments in a deadline oriented environmentDemonstrated knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookCompensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (base + commission/year)What We Offer We offer a highly competitive suite of holistic benefits designed to help our team members balance their personal and professional life commitments.
