Highly regarded investment firm is in search of their First in House Actuary who will serve as the primary actuarial partner to leadership on reserving, pricing, reinsurance, catastrophe risk, and capital. This individual will continue to build out the department and will be hands on both pricing & reserving. (#58952)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial experience
- Career ACAS or FCAS designation
- Significant homeowners insurance experience
- Florida or other coastal property experience
- Ability to work with executives, boards, regulators, and auditors
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead actuarial talent
Compensation:
- Salary range of $250-300K
Locations:
- Charlotte, NC / Hybrid
- Remote with regular travel
