Mass General Brigham seeks an accomplished physician leader to serve as Vice Chair, Community Urology, shaping community-based urologic care across Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire within our integrated health system.
The Vice Chair will lead clinical programs, recruit and mentor physicians, drive workforce development, and advance quality and access across community sites, with a leadership commitment of ~0.2 FTE and a stipend commensurate with scope.
