In your day-to-day,

  • Deliver exceptional training and development to all support staff members,
  • Spearhead new staff training as well as play a large role in development and implemation.

What You Bring:

  • Certified Veterinary Technician in the state of Arizona
  • Advanced VTS accreditation is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in training of veterinary staff for at least 1 year
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
  • Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional training to team members
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
