In your day-to-day,
- Deliver exceptional training and development to all support staff members,
- Spearhead new staff training as well as play a large role in development and implemation.

What You Bring:
- Certified Veterinary Technician in the state of Arizona
- Advanced VTS accreditation is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in training of veterinary staff for at least 1 year
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
- Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional training to team members
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
