Providing technical support for Elanco's Pet Health portfolio, the full-time remote Veterinary Technician (State Licensed) will manage customer inquiries, investigate Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Prioritize and manage customer support interactions via telephone with a focus on exceptional service Investigate and document details regarding ADEs and PQCs to maintain product integrity Maintain technical proficiency in Elanco products and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements Required qualifications High school diploma A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician Documented Veterinary Technician licensure (RVT/LVT/CVT) in one or more U.S. states Experience in a regulated veterinary call center environment is preferred Proficient with basic computer programs and data capture in validated databases
