* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
* State Veterinary Board License in good standing in the state of employment.
* Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
* Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
