VSSOC is expanding its elite surgical team and seeking an exceptional Veterinary Surgeon to grow alongside us. Board‑Certified candidates are preferred, though we welcome interest from those who are Board Eligible.

Our board‑certified surgeons serve the community 7 days a week, bringing nearly 70 years of combined experience to every case, performing the most progressive and sophisticated procedures using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and minimally invasive techniques. Our surgeons are skilled across the full spectrum of advanced specialties — including orthopedic, soft tissue, reconstructive, neurological, oncological, and cardiothoracic surgery — ensuring that even the most complex cases receive expert, compassionate care.

Schedule
Full‑time | 4‑Day Work Week, including a weekend day
On‑call responsibilities are shared equitably among the surgical team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary for a Veterinary Surgeon has a start range of $275‑$325 K
- 25% production

Base Pay: $275 USD – $325 USD
