Northfield Veterinary Center is seeking a board‑certified or residency‑trained small animal surgeon for a high‑volume, production‑driven opportunity in southern New Jersey.

Responsibilities include performing orthopedic procedures—TPLOs, fracture repairs, and elective soft tissue surgeries—as well as other surgical cases as assigned. The candidate will work in a well‑run community hospital with a reliable support team and a caseload ready to go from day one.

Qualifications: board‑certified or residency‑trained small animal surgeon. Full‑time or part‑time arrangements considered.

Compensation: production‑based with a typical range of $200,000 to $300,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a generous sign‑on bonus, relocation allowance, 401(k) retirement plan, generous PTO, and growth opportunities.
