The Medical Director will work closely with hospital and regional leadership to support clinical quality, doctor development, strategic growth, and team engagement , while maintaining an optional clinical caseload depending on interest.

Ideal Candidate

Board-Certified Veterinary Specialist or experienced Emergency Veterinarian

Previous leadership or medical director experience strongly preferred

Interest in long-term hospital growth and strategic development

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials , with base salary starting approximately $150,000 – $300,000+ annually , plus leadership incentives.
