Since then, the hospital has evolved under compassionate, forward-thinking leadership, and today we continue that legacy of excellence under Dr. Pritpal Rangi.What You'll Be DoingProviding top-notch customer serviceBeing attentive to client and pet needsIdentifying and working compassionately with clients in various emotional statesWorking patiently with distressed, frustrated, or disgruntled clientsAnswering and triaging high-volume phone callsScheduling appointments and proceduresChecking in clients and monitoring flow from check-in to dischargeConfirming appointments and handling client callbacksManaging medical record requests between hospitals and specialty practicesProcessing payment transactionsMaintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical recordRelaying information between clients and doctors, technicians, or managementKeeping reception and common areas clean and sanitary, including taking out trash, doing laundry, and cleaning floors, bathrooms, exam rooms, kitchen, and kennels (as needed)Using Windows-based computer systems and practice management softwarePerforming other tasks as assigned by the doctors or Practice Manager to help facilitate clinic flow and patient careWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED (college preferred)Veterinary clinic experience is a plusMust be able to safely lift 30 poundsBasic math and writing skillsSkilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow within the fieldCompensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $14.00 – $16.00 (based on experience)401(k) with matchHealth insurancePaid time offEmployee pet care discountFlexible schedulingHospital Schedule ScheduleFull-time (8–10 hour shifts)Open: Monday to SaturdayNo Sunday hours
