Veterinary ReceptionistHardworking, friendly, proactive, team player wanted!Noah's Ark Animal Clinic in Fort Wright, Kentucky is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Veterinary Receptionist - We are a multi-doctor, full-service hospital.Job Description: This position is responsible for:Managing multiple phone linesFilling medicationsGreeting clientsProcessing paymentsEnsuring that the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.Hours: We are open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm Shift is 12:00pm to 8:00pm. At least 2 Saturdays per month 8:00am to 2:00pm. When scheduled on a Saturday shift you will have a day off during the week.Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for someone with excellent skills in the following areas:Client service, salesCommunication skillsMulti-taskingApplicants should possess a great attitude and outgoing personalityA high level of computer proficiencyExceptional telephone communication ability.Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as part of a team!Top priority will be given to applicants with experience working in a veterinary hospital however, we are happy to train the right applicant.

Candidates must have experience in a customer service environment. This position requires someone that is excellent at handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
