Veterinary Practice Manager

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Wildwood is hiring a full-time Practice Manager

to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’lldrive daily operations, support our medical team, and help keep our clients and patients well cared for.

• $75,000–$110,000 per year, plus up to 15% annual performance bonus

• Champion the client experience from first call to follow-up, building loyalty and growing the practice’s reputation in the community.
• Lead day-to-day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities, so the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive financial performance: manage P&L, analyze results, and implement strategies that deliver sustainable profitability without compromising the highest quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
