To support veterinary diagnostics, the full-time Clinical Pathologist will diagnose diseases and determine causes of death in companion and laboratory animals by examining tissues, fluids, and hematologic specimens, requiring a Veterinary Pathologist License and offering a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Describe and interpret cytologic preparations to determine disease causes in animals Prepare diagnostic reports and consult with veterinarians on findings via various communication methods Participate in bi-weekly pathology rounds and maintain proficiency in clinical diagnostic skills Required qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP) or eligible for certification Valid Veterinary Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain one in the relevant jurisdiction Fluency in both English and French Experience in a laboratory environment is a plus
