Austin Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (AVES) is seeking a full‑time veterinary ophthalmologist for its rapidly growing emergency and specialty hospital in Austin, TX. We are looking for an ophthalmologist who will provide outstanding care while contributing to collaborative medicine across all specialties within the hospital. The qualified individual should be self‑motivated, efficient, and have excellent multi‑tasking abilities. We want someone who desires to deliver the highest quality of medicine, provide top‑notch client service, and establish long‑lasting relationships within the veterinary community.
Candidates will work in a dynamic environment that offers 24/7/365 emergency and critical care service, internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, oncology, neurology, and daily cardiology services through CVCA Cardiac Care for Pets. The hospital emphasizes a positive culture among staff, management, and the referring community.
