Hospital Launch
In May 2024, our new hospital will open, offering services such as Emergency, Critical Care, Surgery, Cardiology, and an outpatient CT service.

Job Details
We are the sole specialty hospital within an 80‑minute radius. This role comes with a generous sign‑on, relocation, and/or retention bonus. The pro‑salary model ensures no negative accrual during the first 12 months.
Location
Based on the Jersey Shore, the hospital is a 5‑minute drive from the beaches, approximately 40 minutes from Philadelphia and 90 minutes from New York City. The town offers a family‑friendly environment, excellent schools, and an affordable housing market compared to North New Jersey.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: $200,000 to $230,000, based on experience and qualifications.
