The ideal candidate is passionate about animal care and has excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with experienced veterinary professionals.Leadership & Strategic Planning: Provide strong leadership and motivation, solving problems effectively and guiding a team towards quality patient care and practice goals. Ensure compliance with federal and state standards and participate in business development.Client Services & Compliance: Ensure high-quality client and personal services, address client needs and complaints, oversee DEA regulations for Controlled Substances, and respond to pet owners' concerns.Team Supervision & Development: Directly supervise associates, including interviewing, hiring, and training. Conduct monthly case reviews with associate doctors and address client medical/financial complaints.Mentorship & Coaching: Develop, coach, and manage veterinary and technical team members for quality patient care and client service.
Mentor associate veterinarians on necessary technical and functional skills.
