Eligibility
Applicants must be fourth‑year students of accredited domestic or international veterinary schools, pursuing a DVM, VMD, or foreign equivalent.

Externship Experience
An externship at an Ethos Specialty Hospital offers real‑life clinical experience in a single or multi‑specialty setting, allowing students to apply knowledge and skills while working alongside experienced clinicians and board‑certified specialists. Hands‑on skills practiced or observed include TPRs, examinations, anesthesia, surgical procedures, catheterization, ultrasound, and other diagnostic procedures available.
Duration and Timing
Externships typically range from two to eight weeks, depending on student and hospital schedules. They are available only to students in their final clinical year.
