Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking to add a Veterinary Criticalist to the Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center’s team. Join our community of veterinary care providers who receive the support, tools, and resources needed to elevate patient care and deliver top‑quality service.

Facility Highlights

• Hot has relocated to a 15,000‑square‑foot, AAHA‑accredited, Fear Free certified full‑service hospital.
• 24/7 services for companion animals in Austin and surrounding areas.
• Specialized care in Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology (Medical), and Dentistry.
• Cardiology contractor and sonographer available Monday through Sunday.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state in which the candidate intends to be hired before the start date.
• Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
• Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist or Residency‑trained Veterinarian.
