Veterinary Client Services Specialist

Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our general practice team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a quick thinker, and capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent communication and compassion.

Key duties include managing emails, texts, voicemail, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, handling payments, and educating clients about services. Prior veterinary clinic experience is preferred but not required.
